Use and Storage

Instructions for use: Shake well before use. Using the dropper, place 5-15 drops on a spoon and put it in your mouth, or apply the amount directly into your mouth. Gently swish the oil in your mouth and between your teeth for 2-3 minutes. Finally, spit it out (do not swallow) and rinse your mouth with water. Use 1-3 times daily.
