Instructions for use: Shake well before use. Using the dropper, drip 5-15 drops onto a spoon and place in the mouth, or apply the given amount directly into the mouth. Gently swish the oil in your mouth and between your teeth for 2-3 minutes. Finally, spit it out (do not swallow) and rinse your mouth with water. Use 1-3 times daily.
